Midweight Graphic Designer-News
Role Summary
We are currently recruiting a Mid-Weight Designer for a global consumer tech brand known for its innovation, high quality products, shaping the future of consumer experiences. This will suit someone who loves news & current affairs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real impact on one of the world’s biggest tech brands.
You will be working within their news service which offers users trending, breaking, and local news content.
This is a fixed term contract with immediate start working to the end of the year with the potential to extend.
Job Description
You will support the Senior Marketing Manager and play a key part in design for News PR, Social, CRM, & OOH campaigns in the UK.
Translating creative briefs into high-impact, on-brand design deliverables, and managing and prioritising multiple design projects.
Role Duties
You will be creating a wide range of branded marketing materials including digital banners, push notification visuals, social media assets, event signage, experiential activations, and internal pitch decks
Design of promotional assets and campaign visuals for promoting News across mobile and retail touchpoints
Design and iterate UI/UX mockups,wireframes, and interactive prototypes for campaign flows, user journeys, and product mockups.
Role Skills
Experience in graphic design — ideally within News,current affairs, culture, tech, or lifestyle brands.
Experience across digital and print, including OOH, events, social media, banner ads.
Strong stakeholder management skills – communication, relationship management, analytical, organised, problem solver
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and familiar with Figma. Some After Effects & Premiere would be a bonus.
An understanding of News Brand and visual trends is highly desirable
A strong, well-crafted portfolio that showcases design across required deliverables.

Full-time 5 days, 3 of which must be on site central London Tues/Weds/Thurs. Non negotiable.
